I'm Jadwiga, the founder of Balanced Books Experts. I've spent over two decades working across fund accounting, real estate and construction finance, banking, and medical billing — in multiple countries and industries.
I started this practice because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, driven business owners who were excellent at their work and completely in the dark about their finances. Not because they were careless — because no one ever taught them how to build a real system.
